How to submit a forwarding request since I've moved before the order was shipped?

We're afraid that our standard shipping package doesn't support forwarding request.


We highly suggest you personally contact the post office with your tracking number and check for updates regarding your initial request to them. (Please contact us first to obtain the correct transfer order number and contact information)


On our side, we can support you by following up the shipment until the package reaches final Post office and notify you so you can send a hold request and pick up later.


In case they cannot assist you, please kindly contact our support team for more assistance.
