Special characters while placing orders

1. What is a special character?

In Evridwear Custom, a character is special when it is not Alphabet letters. Here are some examples:

Error in font:

We use different fonts for our products, but some may not display special characters correctly, resulting in showing the unique symbols/ square shapes/ blank space for those characters.

Error in number:

Our team carefully set up each design logically to ensure complete meaning. If a letter/ phrase is required in that area but a number is filled in, an error will appear.

2. How to avoid: Please follow our instructions below:

- Check the preview carefully before placing the order. If you find that special punctuation is not supported when checking the preview image, please make a note when placing the order and contact us, and we can help you modify it manually.

- If the order has already been placed, please kindly Contact Us to modify your order within 2 hours after placing it to change the font immediately
